Solar Thermal Funding

The Government are now rewarding the installation of renewable heat installations such as Solar Thermal, Air Source Heat Pumps and Ground Source Heat Pumps by paying up to 8.5p per unit of heat generated by the systems.  This is known as the Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI).  Similar to the FIT scheme, the RHI is a 20 year program and linked to RPI (Retail Price Index).  These installations can eliminate the dependency on gas and oil, reducing your bills and earning an income at the same time.  Tariff rates vary depending on the size of installation.  This can all be arranged by BCL.
